Lis Wiehl is an American lawyer and writer who used to be an analyst for Fox News analyst.
She is currently an adjunct professor of law of law at New York Law School. Prior to that she served as an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She also has provided legal commentary for Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor and National Public Radio. She is a weekly guest presenter on The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly. Wiehl was a graduate of West Valley High School, Yakima. Her birthplace was in Yakima. She graduated with a bachelor's diploma in English from Barnard College in 1983, a Master of Arts in Literature at the University of Queensland in 1985, and the Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl was a prosecutor for the US Attorney's Office. She was a legal reporter on NPR's All Things Considered. She served as deputy chief investigation counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. She served as an associate professor of law with an appointment at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle from 1995 until 2001. She worked as an analyst for Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
