Sharp is an Rochester area native who studied clarinet in the Hochstein School of Music. Sharp also played piano as well as cello. The passion she had for theatre in school was the reason she applied to The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded an award. Following her graduation from Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp's initial focus was on the stage. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp is also a part of Abyssinia as well as Aida as well as Thunder Knockin, Jitney and The Producers. She was even a reading partner in August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp, who has worked in both on the screen and the stage involved in a variety of original projects. Sharp continues to perform and is in the process of putting together the full-length album. Sharp, who is often in front or behind camera or in the recording studio for music, also enjoys staying fit. Sharp studies Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, go hiking and taking a long road trip. Sharp lives with her spouse and two children living in Los Angeles.
